#PSC_Notification 001 / Paris MoU guidelines on application of MARPOL Annex VI Regulation 18 in ECA

As already been informed through Dromon various circulars, from January 01, 2015 the sulphur content limit of fuel oi is further reduced and shall not exceed 0.10% m/m within Emission Control Areas (ECAs).  The Paris MoU on PSC has issued guidelines to the Officers on the implementation of Regulation 18 of Annex VI to MARPOL 73/78
