Notice to: Ship Owners / Managers/ Operators / Environmental Verifiers :

This circular is issued to advise that The European Commission has published ‘Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2024/411 on the list of shipping companies specifying the Administering Authority in respect of a shipping company’ the annex of which lists shipping companies and their respective Administering Authorities (AA’s).

This list enables shipping companies to open a Maritime Operator Holding Account (MOHA), as required under the EU ETS.

Act now

Shipowners / Managers should take note of the above, obtain the necessary application forms and instructions from the relevant Administering Authority, and make their application to open a MOHA.
